Tenn is too good for wake...this isn't 2 years ago. Hope OM loses because of their fans but doubt they do.

if the 20-0 beginning of the season TonyV squad shows up, they may quietly walk their way to the CWS. I know they would likely face Arkie in the Supers but I felt like Tenner was better based on both LSU series against them.

Warren Nolan gives LSU the 5th best odds to advance out of their regional

quote:

(5) North Carolina (0-0) 77.7%
(3) Arkansas (0-0) 76.8%
(12) Oregon (0-0) 73.8%
(7) Georgia (0-0) 67.7%
(6) LSU (0-0) 65.7%

Clemson has the lowest odds of any host to make it out their own regional at 39.5%. 2-seed West Virginia in their regional is at 30.7% and Kentucky is at 21.9%. Add in we begin our regional against Little Rock, the lowest RPI team in the field (#243) and we got a great draw.

Southern Miss is a good ball club. I have a feeling they’ll be in Omaha

its a harder regional than one will give credit for. Rhode Island is a good team too.

Rhode Island is a very low RPI 3 seed. Without looking it up, I would imagine that DBU is one of the highest RPI 2 seeds in the tournament and the toughest two-seed that any SEC team has received, in my opinion.

Nobody’s mentioned NC State. They can knock off Auburn.

That’s definitely one to watch as Dutton has gotten shelled in his last two starts.

Auburn was a different team at home this year though. Really hard to beat.
