Losses to Bama, ND, and UF.
I discount ND. Impossible to get kids right for meaningless Bowl games, although that short FG was a terrible call by O.
Nice to see momentum.

We all know there's only one white whale left on our schedule this year. Or should I say red elephant.

ND is also pretty good. I think they discovered their QB against us.

O went for it on 4th enough yesterday to make up for it during UF and ND.

Not saying they are a joke, but it doesn't matter if we go 11-1 if that loss is to Bama every year. We simply won't get where we want to be unless we can take them down.

I wish he could have found his balls before it cost us two games, but at least he's learning.

Correct, but at least it's not immediately after Bama.

Thank God Arky sucks ads this year. That Bama game is always a bloodbath.

12 and 3 is the sort of winning percentage that got Miles in hot water. I’m liking 6-1 a lot better than 12-3.

I feel the same way. As long as you learn from your mistakes and make those changes, I can't stay upset. You have 4 downs to move the ball and seeing us go for it multiple times is something I've wanted to see for a while.

I have no doubt that you have discussed this theory at length with the actual players and not your beer buddies.

The biggest difference is that we were in ALL 3 of those games as well as the Troy (11-2 team that wasn't a bad team either) game. One or two plays go differently and we win all 4.

That was not the case under CLM.

It's not realistic to expect to play for NC every year (unless you have built the machine that is BAMA). Most realistic people want a team that represents their state well, doesn't get embarrassed and is competitive in every game, is in their conference championship annually and occasionally wins a NC.

.....I do think that is is unfair that our schedules always wind up being one of the toughest in the league year in and year out.

GEAUX TIGERS!

, Orgeron coached scared against ND and UF. He didn't do it yesterday.

I want LSU to win every game. It's not surprising you're completely wrong.

Actually I have talked to players about bowls. The letdown of not accomplishing the goal, plus the fact that school is out is a factor. Also, many players are seniors with no NFL future, and the intensity drops.

Are you under the impression that Saban was at his best against Iowa for his last LSU game?
