No...Why would LSU say anything?
Let TM get his shite straight, and then review the situation at a later date. Why take the risk of publicly announcing this "plan" and it only backfire on LSU later? It's a win-win for LSU....If TM does what he's supposed to, it's a feel-good story for LSU next spring/summer...if he doesn't do what he's supposed to do, then LSU doesn't look bad because publicly/officially they never took him back anyway...no harm, no foul.
Also, there's no reason to come out with anything at this point considering it's obviously still an option that me may transfer....Why come out and say "We've put together a plan to get him back in 2013 if he follows XYZ"...and then only later TM decides to transfer and LSU looks silly.

What everyone in here has been arguing with you about, is that as of yesterday when that quote you were pushing as fact was stated nothing had been decided. It's really not hard to understand.
No one is saying that is what will happen, just at this time it's still a possibility.
And if you are so close to the situation, why are you falling back to analyzing coach speak instead of using your vast knowledge of the situation

If officials are actually reporting that he is out and not allowed to ever come back, which is exactly what you said, wouldn't they just end the speculation and say he is not allowed to rejoin the team? We are all trying to help you, but I feel like Anne Sullivan had it easier teaching Helen Keller. Just breath dude. We all make mistakes. I would have to say that TM7 would need a definitive answer as to whether he could return (if he was compliant with any and all stipulations)for the 2013 season if he were to stay. Reviewing at a later date could put him in more of a bind.
