I mean Kelly faced two teams that went a combined 28-0 and won natties. Those were truly elite teams.

It's a reach to call it Kelly's roster 3 years later during the portal era. Just like LSU is not O's roster. Just give Freeman a little credit. Coaching matters. He has his team ready to play. He has them Aligned.

Different format! More teams ! Notre dame don’t have to play Georgia or Oregon or Texas or Clemson in the first round they would be losing tonight had they played Georgia! Plus this is a home game playoff game !!!
