It's really hard for me to think back on this game fondly since we were trailing Troy 31-3.

People used to brag about Les' 4th quarter comeback record. This is why his record was so good, he spent the first 3 quarters getting his arse beat with a shitty game plan against teams he should have been comfortably beating to start with.

Coldest game I’ve ever been to in TS.

Stayed until the end and it was damn well worth it!

Only game I ever considered leaving early. My young daughter is a true tiger and refused to leave. I’m glad we stayed. It was so cold and windy.

People we were with left and were at Walk Ons by halftime.

I turned the TV off and went to bed. I figured the game was mathematically over. Wasn't enough time left to stop them four times and score four touchdowns.

I had too much fun tailgating and was asleep during most of this game... Woke up in the 3rd quarter in my friends dorm, sprinted to the stadium just in time to see most of the comeback

I saw a good game!

We should've learned our lesson that year about fricking with Troy. We didn't learn until they beat our arse last year. Smh

40-31 > 24-20 > 21-24
Seems it was the best game plan vs Troy in LSU history.

Yes to the first.

Yes to the second and it was worth it.

Cold and windy. Period.

Sorry for your loss on such an otherwise unbelievably memorable night. Troy was a pass-happy team that could not and would not run the football. Their receivers were not catching the ball late in the game (probably due to the cold weather). I was driving back from Arlington, TX after watching daughter play college volleyball game. I was so upset on that 4+ hour journey back to H-town for the most part. The comeback was pretty incredible to listen to. I remember Troy with the multiple 3 and outs w little time off the clock in the 4th qtr. The Tigers prevailed. Best comeback EVER! Hard to find a better one for our Tigers! The Houston comeback win w Kevin Faulk leading the way was special as well.
