Tenn. is pretty high on that list but just recently they announced they had less than $2 million on hand in the ahtletic department, then yesterday I read that they are stopping their $6million payment from the atheletic department to the university for the next 3 years to shore up the athletic department.

seriously, though, Skip Bertman made some enemies, but deserves some credit for the big move up by LSU over the last decade.
