Don Juan won’t understand that. I distinctly remember Nuss stumbling out the gate last year and me agreeing that it’s his first year as a starter so we should cut him some slack. Now MVB isn’t perfect and some people wont give him the same benefit of the doubt

MVB is not that great, but at least he brings another dimension. He has decent mobility and creates some plays.
the 35 yard scramble won us the game. Period. Nuss doesn’t do that.

If you want to die on the stats only hill that’s your prerogative. Look around the board and you’ll be hard pressed to find anything who would agree this was “worse than the average Nuss outing”. He (1) made throws Nuss has been incapable of making and (2) willed drives to continue which guess what, isn’t going to show up on the stat sheet. Converting on specific drives and points in the game is important and Nuss is legitimately bad at that

When it comes to forming an opinion, looking around this board during a game isn’t the shining example of rational thinking that you think it is. Furthermore, I already said MVB did ok. We beat a 2-7 team with a terrible defense and he threw for less than 250 on 31 attempts. He wasn’t exactly slinging it. He had some bad misses and dropped INTs

Nussmeier and Weeks stay hurt. More than any players I’ve ever seen wearing an LSU uniform

According to BK, Nuss was fine most of the year

Nope. His best rushing day was 21 or 31 yards vs SCAR. Otherwise negative yards every game and already said multiple times Nuss’s pocket presence was getting worse. I think MVB should have played earlier when Nuss was hurt. The whole thing was mismanaged.
