Maybe if you are a total fricking casual. A&M had a top 5 OL in college football last year and they were probably top 10 the year before. They had 2 high draft pick WRs and just a really strong offense around Reed. They also had the perfect OC for him.
Most of that is gone now. Their OL may not be as good as ours. They weren’t any better at home yesterday vs a lesser UK team. They are down 2 of their top WRs. Craver is great, but he’s all they’ve got unless Bussey gets healthy fast. That OC is gone back to Kansas St.
Reed didn’t have to carry the load the previous two years, especially last year. He just made easy throws and ran when teams played man. This year he does and the cracks in that showed big time yesterday.
I think some returning guys on this defense who remember all that shite he talked last year will make him eat some of it Saturday.

Not sure we have the athletes on defense we did then. I think we have better athletes this season than the last two, but we're still not back to LSU standard yet. Mingo had a faster 40-yard time than Manziel.

LSU loses at least three more which honestly should be expected. Any coach needs time to build a program. The offense is pretty much what I thought it would be. The o-line is probably below average and the QB merely a body. Defense….oh well.
