Hallman didn't have a clue, but he also didn't have the talent. Administration wise, they had a want to be cheap af. That's the difference. Politics on par

Hallman era was bad but the talent and resources were lacking. This imo is worse relatively speaking.

This season reminds me of 1989, but we had a good offense and a bad D. That team started ranked #7 and finished 4-7.

Worse was coming.
