I was there. CRAZY game and lightning strikes on top of the field. We stayed in the stands.

Same game...2004 Oregon State. I was marching in my first pregame show in TGBFTL. Weather held off for the whole show until we got into the tunnel, played the last note, amd dropped our horns. Then the lightning cracked the sky and boomed thunder. The stadium erupted, I was grinning ear to ear. Absolutely surreal.
Got my arse chewed out afterwards for breaking uniform showing my teeth. Wouldn't trade it for anything.
