Beautiful thing is we have half the equation solved with Lane as HC. Don’t have to need the perfect alignment of coordinators to make it work like with the CEO model

I’m ok with Weiss leaving after year as hopefully Kiffin will keep the base and he is the focal point

Idk, Weis is only 33 y/o. That’s really young for any big HC offers. Maybe NFL if that’s what he wants.

That is true to a certain extent. Lane leans on Charlie Weis a lot. He basically runs everything while lane deals with other stuff.
If he has to replace him it's going to take a lot of lane's time and energy. I think they will be fine but it's much easier just to try and keep weis.

I’d like to keep Weiss, but at least we know we can trust our HC to hire an OC.

Offense - promote Joe Cox or Dane Stevens
