Once there is 30 minutes from the last qualifying lightning strike, a 90 minute clock begins ( for warmups, etc)

90 minutes is normal. Usually lightning delays in the middle of the game is much less. Think 30 minute re warm up. These boys haven’t gotten the chance to get right mentally and physically for a massive game.

Absurd. I had understood that normal college delay for lightening within six miles is THIRTY minutes. A repeat lightening strike resets the 30 minute delay clock. Where in the world did this 90 minute crap come from? Our society has become a bunch of scaredy-cats, afraid of their shadows, thinking life equals Nirvana and Utopia. Especially women..
