Just watching replay of LSU-Wisc on SEC network and thinking about Nuss’s abilities and targets.
Suppose we do sign Terry Bussey and that he and Ju’Juan Johnson insist on playing offense next year.
The speed and athleticism in our WR room would again be elite. I bet Sloan and Baker would go loggerheads in this scenario.
Bussey-Johnson and the next year maybe Underwood and DMoore could have LSU among its best ever offenses.
And the RBs, sheesh.
Now if Baker can get us above average in D.

We don't need more speed and athleticism at wr. We need it at DB, CB in particular.

Kelly has set this roster up to where he can tinker however he wants between db and wr.
ETA to say this,
Even I could add 46 players to a roster to make 85.
But Kelly calmly added them and warned us that we were still a couple years away. Won the west. Then got a heisman.

You need Johnson to hit on defense.

We have talent on offense especially with Sampson and Parker waiting to play

I agree he is needed on defense but the kid is a TD machine and might not want to give that up just yet.

Why do you think they would get significant snaps over Lacy, Thomas and Hilton as a true freshman?
