Michael Divinity was just upgraded to a 5* by 247, yet on their team ranking website he is listed as a 4*. This impacts the totals and averages of the team rankings. What gives?

They have an extra recruit. LSU still has Lawrence and Fulton on the board with a couple of others....

ETA: Fulton LSU.

Rankings out of high school mean nothing.
I like the kids who truly WANT to be here and leave it all on the field.

But you still dont want to recruit 25 guys who are 5ft -5 inches and weigh 130 pounds.

Who gives a frick? Recruiting rankings give zero credit for whether you actually fill needs our not. You can have the number 1 recruiting class 4 years in a row while never recruiting a particular position.

On no planet would that 4 years REALLY represent top recruiting.

We appear to now be on pace that the next REAL QB contender we can hope to get will ARRIVE on campus when BH is a senior.

That's a fricking train wreck

Where did I say this at all? Of course I don't want that either! All I'm trying to say is that IF LSU doesn't get the number one class a lot of people will melt and there is no need for that. We got who we needed and wanted.

Landing Fulton would be great after the tumors of him being uf the last few months

All the latest CB's have him at LSU, and there was a Nola.com article where he said LSU was his current leader.

With Allen, Lawrence and Fulton, it would put LSU at 298.04 points. I dont know who else they are expecting to commit.

Whoever gets Lawrence (LSU or OSU) will end up #1.

Interesting take.

Lets ask the people who have the #1 class the last 4 years in a row how its working out for them.
