I also seem to recall Burrow saying they talked football for 4-5 hours on his trip. This could be true with Leavitt

FWIW, PFF lists him as "dual threat elite". Also says...

"The only power 4 QB that received 80+ grade for both passing AND rushing."

"High number of big time throws (BTT), especially on deep balls"

"Overall passing grade, 89.1"

"Deep ball grade 89.2"

I cant give you exit velocity compared to Soresby, or furthest travel, but Leavett is the better rated deep ball passer, and thats more important.

ETA: Sorsby had a 86.4 passer grade.

Yeah good stats, Leavitts BTT rating is high because of his scrambling that creates an under pressure throw that goes toward BTT stat.

All good stuff, but it will be a lot of chaos wow football with him as QB. Just hope it translates well to the SEC.

Watch Burrow on the sidelines his 2 years here then watch Leavitt. Nowhere near the same. Leavitt comes across as pouty a good bit and he doesn't have the numbers to back it up.

Burrow was a leader, he didn't throw hissy fits. Leavitt...eh.
