I have not heard Hilton's name mentioned as a possible flip.

He actually did at his commitment party, I hate we lost him. We really need another viable DB in this class

He might've said it but it didn't ring true

I think he is a great corner but better to weed him out now than a year from now
I've always said they need 2 corners in this class

In the 247 article he says - "I wanted to quit so many times, but she (his mom) kept me going."

Sounds like the exact opposite of what we need in our program. Quitter and momma's boy (homesick), the only thing he didn't mention was that his body hurt.

Maybe it's unpopular but seems more rational than blaming an 18yo kid for his decision

Mullen, Goodrich, Greene, Wiggins... clear trend here, they're going to the perceived better program with the better culture of winning consistently

If we're DBU, let's be DBU

Good for him and his family. Should go where they are comfortable ... But it is blessing since LSU doesn't need this type of player at this time. They need loyalty guys who will stick it out through good or tough time. See Stingley Jr...

Yes he is.

I was responding to a specific question about possible flips and if I thought he was one.

I mean, the kids need loyalty too. We can push out several kids a year late in the process but shun an 18yo when they change their mind about what's best for them?
