We should have never even started recruiting him!
We have been recruiting him since the 9th grade... We were the first offer for what became the #1 RB in the class. So you are saying we should quit on young phenoms?

I agree, don't touch Evans with a 10 ft pole. We don't need his kind on the team if that's the kind of teammate he is. I think Jahmyr Gibbs looks better than Evans anyway.

Shea Dixon confirmed today that LSU has moved on from Evans.

Good news because Evans was becoming another Sopsher!

LSU should continue to recruit him if he hasn't already signed with Georgia. He is the #1 RB in the country for a reason and would be a great addition to the team. But it seems he has already signed with Georgia so we will have to move on. He is no more a drama queen than Gibbs or Clayton, who are already committed to schools yet continue to consider other schools. I would say that is being much more of a queen than being uncommitted and considering other schools. AS far as his "problems", the staff would have to look into them and see whats up with them, but keep in mind he is an 18 year old kid who may have some growing up to do, like so many of us had to do when we were that age.

He got kicked off his high school team a few days before state championship game in fricking Texas of all damn places. Even here in Bama we had a rival bail out a kid for aggravated rape charges to play is in playoffs. (Doing 30 years to life btw)
Safe to assume he is a serial killer or worse for this to happen in Texas

Yes! We don't need to recruit bad kids. He may only be 18, but he's old enough to know right from wrong. It takes a lot to kick your star player off the team right before the state championship game - not to mention he was suspended earlier for cussing out teammates and coaches! I don't buy the excuse that he's young and innocent. I want to win just as bad as the next guy, but you can win without dirt bags like him!

He kicked two of his coaches' asses after they tried to take his cell phone from him. He would not last long at the Ponderosa....
