I just don't see where Alabama could be considered a "new experience" for a college kid from Lousiana. So Cal, UConn, Colorado, Arizona, even Florida = "new experiences," not the crappier state a couple over.

I know Mr. and Mrs. Hobley and they will be very actively involved in young Ratphuc's decision.
It could still go either way, but there will be no announcement until NSD, and maybe not even then.
