The recruiting class is going to take a couple years to develop. If we want to win next year, the portal is the only option.

I have seen Brandon play at Georgetown. Their team is really bad. He and one other guy carry the scoring load but it’s not pretty

He better figure it out soon otherwise he won't make it past season 2 if his recruiting class is any indication. The team is going to be worse next year unless he gets lucky in portal. Very real possibility if they don't hit the portal hard they may be historically bad next year.
Whatever it is, he needs to figure it out. Better start paying out of his own pocket like WW did if he wants talent because if you don't cheat in basketball, you're going nowhere anyway.

The May 1-15 TP window is for Spring sports so I would assume then. The TP windows are not sport linked other than Fall or Spring I believe
