Still to be seen. Kelly certainly has not come out of the blocks fast but I think the Tigers need a good-to-excellent season to restore its high standing after the last two years. The Tigers have had among the highest number of decommitments in recent years and Kelly has to get that under control. He also had to rebuild the wall around Louisiana -- especially in head-to-head recruiting battles with Saban.
