Go look at Whitefoot’s post with a couple of the rules earlier in this post. There is gray area here and when you factor in how lenient the NCAA has been due to COVID, I could see them applying the JUCO rule (same guy can’t count against you twice) to us if he wants to come back.
There’s no way to be sure, but it’s definitely worth exploring.

I haven't seen anything on Brooks, but that would be huge. He is a known commodity, a solid player, and the optics of having a player like that decide to come back would be huge in helping to change the recent narrative with the program.
