1. It is an SEC school.

LSU is one also

MSU is one also, and it's also in a piece of shite hick town, and nobody wants to go there

for a WR? ok

for a RB? likely not

3. "new life" from new coaches (a new face gives something bright)

an absolute failure of a head coach and an SEC failure of an OC?

4. It still has southern girls. Not to the level of an LSU, BAMA, UGA, etc....but they aint shabby.

from what i've heard, they aren't anything hot. willie williams agrees with me

What was wrong with Arky's offense when he was there?

when the malzhan offense was run, they were fricking horrible

when the nutt-led all-rush attack took over, arky flourished

malzhan runs a deep-passing spread. he's the only OC i've seen attempt this in a major conference (and it failed). a conference with pass rushers will eat that offense alive unless it changes. it can do well in a conference without pass rushers

auburn is full of georgia kids that dont get into uga. and for some reason they have bunch of tide fans there also. it is not a bad place except for it is in the middle of nowhere.

I'm not saying I agree with it, I am just putting out possible reasons.

I didn't hate my time while I was there. Pretty good game day environment.

Although he's not shy about throwing the ball deep, Tulsa was third in the nation in rushing last year and they ran the ball more than they passed the ball

IMO, our offensive production this year will surprise people.

which is 15 less than the number of times you started the "LSU chop block" thread while pretending you are not a bitter AU fan.

Never been there, but it basically seems like Miss St. with slightly better tradition and a slightly better fanbase. The only serious attraction to it that I cacn think of is playing in one of the best rivalries in sports. That's about it.

Neil Caudle shitty? Ever seen him play? I bet you haven't.

I'll put it like this, last year, one of our worst offensive years ever, we moved the ball pretty well against LSU's D.

what are u talking about? Being willing to throw the ball deep loosens the safetys, which opens up more running lanes. Football 101

Admitted, Lee County, outside of the Auburn/Opelika area, is a fricking shithole.

right now it has a coach with a horible track record and an offensive coordinator who outright failed in his 1 shot at the big time

Arkansas fans disagree.

From an Alabama fans perspective: I always had a great time every I've been with the exception of some of the games in recent years. The bar scene isn't as good as Tuscaloosa but if you like keg parties and you know people it's fun...I did though have a lot of friends that went to school there so that probably had something to do with it. Great Pharmacy, Architectural and Veterinarian Schools. Only an hour and half drive up the interstate from Atlanta. Great Campus and it is truly a College Town...not much else there. Some people like small towns better. Went to school at Bama and had my car broken into a couple of times and know a lot of other people that had this happen. Of all the people I know that went to Auburn this is not an occurrence you hear of happening much.

Tuscaloosa isn't beautiful either. Comparing campuses.. I actually prefer Auburns.
