This is the biggest part of the story, IMO. Brown basically took the staff for a ride and lied to them. On the flip side, if Brown ends up at LSU, keeping Toliver, the best DB prospect this side of Patrick Peterson, possibly bolts.
Brown deserves the Tide. Tide deserves Brown. Hope he's a bust.

I just don't understand why it's hard for some of you to believe that if a Louisiana kid leaves that LSU is such a national product now that they can just replace them with another OOS blue chip.
There are kids that were 4 star recruits that transfer every year. There will always be talent.
These kids are ranked by potential, but there isn't THAT much of a talent gap between the Top 100 prospects.
I'm done worrying about Louisiana recruits. LSU has proven that they can land big time kids from OOS.

Carter is a lost cause. But Fulton was just giving A&M their due after a visit. There hasn't been any other talk since then. Allen, I believe will be ours. Grimes will pull this one out. Allen seems to really connect with him.

You're right, there was nothing unknown, but it's nice to have someone who has a job covering recruiting taking time to give us a summary of what happened and contribute to this board from now on. While there were conflicting reports and still are, Jimmy was reporting 2 for 5 before others and we wanted to hear his justification for the seemingly farfetched Fournette and Saban to Texas. A lot of what was known came from jimmy originally.

Maybe a few. Just like there were fans who absolutely preferred JJ because he was black. Some people will always see color unfortunately and that is not exclusive to LSU.

I joined Tigerdroppings for recruiting but that shite has gotten ridiculous. LSU will get good players and it makes no difference if I know about them in summer as opposed to signing day. In fact, if I wait till signing day I will see only true LSU commits and no trolls. Sounds like a winner to me.

Brown - took care of his family. It's hard to blame the kid given his position. It is bullshite he led the LSU staff along but that was done to keep the heat off of him because the LSU staff would have known it got dirty.
Noil - flake. LSU is better off without him. Helluva talent. No denying that.
Willis - huge loss but we should have known after dealing with his POS brother. This is the guy we'll look back on and wish he was a tiger. The kid is going to be a monster at Florida.

I am Leonard Fournette.
I never considered Texas or Bama. I've always been lsu and never thought anywhere else could be my home. Everything the media blew up was a smokescreen. I will win the Heisman and a national championship before my career is over at lsu.
