Is it just me or does this shite happen regularly now with Miles at the helm. Recruits always seem to be confused about where they stand. Wierd shite is always happening, where we lose out on highly regarded guys, and so and so is always trying to make LSU look bad...This is not the first time.

guys its not about the competition, its about what they were told a while back and now the coaches evidently has told them something different. again he comes from a very straight forward family.

Easily the dumbest thing i've seen in forever.
I expect ALL WRs to compete with one another and for the best to make it on the field.
Lafell, Tolliver, Toliver, Mitchell(s), Benton, Bell, Randle, etc.
I realize some are better suited for slot, wideout, etc. However, they should all be competing for playing tome and the BEST for each particular position / style wins out.

So what? None of this really matters, does it? It's not like they said he would be switching to defense. Who cares if they said something different. It's really not that big of a revelation. The fact is the coaches don't really know anything for sure until they get them on the practice field. And I can't imagine the Randles don't know this. So why make such a big deal of this all of a sudden? And the day before NSD, when they have said NOTHING during the entire recruiting process. Sumpin aint right.

I don't keep up with recruiting like a lot of psychos on here, but I think I read somewhere that Randle's dad just recently started working for Toyota.

Benton to LSU is like very old news. Why would this suddenly be a problem? In the same vein I was buying a OGML from the parents of a higly recruited player a couple of years ago who wound up going to another school. They told me he didn't come to LSU b/c of Saban lying about the "situation." The father told me "that lying little shite sat right there in that chair and lied his arse off". So this shite does happen. I am in no way comparing Miles to Satan nor implying that Miles would mislead a recruit. In the final analysis it doesn't matter what any of us think.

Please if we lose the kid it will be because the family flat out trust Saban with Randle's future more than they trust Miles.....I have felt he was a LSU lean, but if his Dad is on radio now saying dumb shite then clearly he is not.
