Good for the coaches shooting it down. Georgia people have said that kid is all about the bag anyway so no loss. Doesn’t sound like the kind of kid you want in your program

I'm mistaken though, I thought Echols committed to Auburn.

In this new day of the Transfer Portal, it isn’t a bad idea to still build rapport with some of these long shots. They might sign elsewhere, but get disgruntled or dissatisfied with what they thought they were getting in to, and then look to jump ship. If we’ve made any sort of impression on them, then there’s a chance to snag them.
