Looked at an OU message board and one of the posters said he heard Clark on the radio saying he'd committed. I'll see if I can find the board again and provide a link

I think he waited until Carter confirmed to GA.
If he didn't want it out there yet for his announcement, the writer that tweeted it should be fired, IMO.
