Who will be processed from the current roster? Who will we get from High School Recruits? Who will we get in transfers?

Not sure about 2022 recruits, but for 2023, Louisiana has one top 10 player Mikaylah Williams out of Parkway HS.
Kim was also set up in 23 to get two top players from Texas (one of them just decommitted). Sammie Wagner and Maddie Cox (former Baylor player Lauren Cox's sister). If she were to get those two plus Williams, three 5 star players for that class.
IMO you will see a heavy dosage of transfers early to help jump start the roster from a talent perspective

Kim mentioned that she has not even had a chance to evaluate current roster, much less decide on adding players. Does anyone have some fact based perspective on how quickly she will be doing any roster adjustments? I am assuming that the summer coaching contact will be a more normal allowance. Getting the roster set and on campus seems vital for early success.

Kim has her work cut out for her early on rebuilding this roster but I am guessing she heavily hit the portal next summer, she may add one or two kids to the current roster but its a bit late in the process to make any kind of significant changes.
I'm assuming no Baylor players will transfer until the new coach is announced. Probably waiting to see who it is.
One player to keep an eye on is Christianna Carr from Kansas St who was rumored to join Baylor before Kim came here.
