I feel like 3 star players from LA that go elsewhere generally turn out to be pretty good players. Certainly would rather a 3 star from LA than a 4 star from Pennsylvania or some place like that

What's the scouting report on this guy? Early commit that LSU stayed loyal to (in a position of need)? Potential sleeper and eventual starter or career depth guy?
