I would think this kind of transfer rule that is now in place would discourage high school prospects from not signing early. At some point there might not be room.

Make this happen. Seriously, if any olinemen are out there and watched the Florida game they have to be pumped about having Max Johnson to protect and all of the weapons on the offense.
