Obviously it won’t be over “see Emery recruitment”, but word on other sites is that he will publicly commit to UGA this week....

Of course. It’s not exactly authorized by NCAA rules but who’s watching, right?
We’ve got whole families moving from Hawaii to fricking Tuscaloosa because the Dad’s a damn good worker that an employer in Alabama wants, right?

We need to let this thing play out. Van Pran is being sold on having a chance to start early here at center. Some guys currently in our class have been working hard on VP, and the angle of being close to his child has to factor in. A lot of things will happen between now and early signing day.

Who is this van pran? The one from new Orleans that is 100% CB'd to UGA? Then why is this a shock?

With Lindberg committing to UGA does this help LSU? Realize they are two different positions on O line, but was just curious

It's not necessarily a shock, but we've been hearing the last few weeks that we were making up ground.

I believe this is the same weekend Emery committed to Georgia last year. Seems like it's an EXTREMELY effective recruiting weekend for them.

Bama has what I call 20 yard-ers. From a comfortable distance, they look great. Up close, things start to fall apart.

UGA had very good looking girls a few years back when I was in school.

LSU has a ton to offer an instate kid though. If he's deadset on leaving, we'll find others who want that spot.

Georgia thinks they lead for everybody.
They even had a thread where they were contemplating getting Evans, Milton and Bigsby.

Literally no one said this. Not coming into talk crap about LSU here because that’s not my place (or probably anybody’s) on this board. Only bringing that up because there is confidence with SVP and want to provide the best info.

There are obviously some Disney Dawgs when it comes to recruiting but based on a lot of what we’ve heard we sit in a great place with Van Pran.

Yea, O did a great job getting Emery to come to LSU, maybe he can do that with Van Pran. That being said, I'd rather Dumervil.

I find it also amazing how the Georgia people talk as though their program is up there with bama and Clemson. I mean, what has that program accomplished in the last 20 years? How many NC's have they won? They've had a few very good recruiting classes, made the CFP, but they haven't won the first NC. But they act as thought they have. Georgia has the same problem now they had with Richt, they choke in big games more than they win them. Last season, big game, LSU beats their pants off, UT beats their pants off. So where does all this love from the fans and media come from?

This is all truth.
