You can definitely tell that LSU fans aren’t use to having multiple elite players at the same position like Alabama, UGA or Ohio St.

But to your question no, Underwood would not leave. Why would he? He will be starting practically once he steps on the field according to what Nuss does after this year.

And Haven already knows Underwood is coming and Haven will be two classes behind Underwood. So Haven would get plenty of playing time if he came here.

I am sure he does just like all the other high school QBs. It’s crazy to me people on this board think Underwood is going to walk into LSU and take over. Just like with these other guys. It’s very seldom a true freshman or even a redshirt freshman is good enough to start and perform well.

The timing actually works out fantastically, if Haven wants to follow the blueprint Sloan has shown. It will be even more evident when Collins or Hundley transfers, taking their training with them and then lighting it up for their new team while crediting LSU and their coaches for their own development. I just hope they leave the SEC when they do =)

The question more likely will be Haven or Nussmier2.0 (Garrett's lil bro that is bigger than him...)

I saw we offered Haven and Colton Nussmier both of which are 5* QBs

Haven #1 Player, #1 QB
Nuss2 #6 Player, #3 QB

He’s no ordinary freshman he’s the number 1 player in the country who is a QB

He has all the tools

He can make every throw, at every level of the field with touch or down the field with accuracy. Can read defenses AND has great pocket presence and escapability with his legs

We’re not just getting A freshman we’re getting a generational player
