Jarrod Franklin #24 will definitely be someone to watch out for. May not get an offer from the likes of LSU or Bama, but he will go D1. and I'm pretty sure this was Jarrods first year of high school football
This. I think his offers will start pouring in sometime soon maybe after attending a few camps this summer. It's his first year playing football since 7th grade. Got invited to ULL junior day and Louisiana Tech has been on him lately. Will definitely end up at a solid D1 school.

That kid has a kid?
Well, that just led me to believe he's going to LSU unless he gets some benefits from Alabama.
If he loves that kid and wants to be a father, he's not going anywhere. People who don't have kids don't understand how difficult it would be to leave their child. Especially 5 and a half hours away.

IMO, the only reason Tim might end up at LSU is because of his kid
yea, there is no reason for a kid that lives in baton rouge and plays DE to attend some 2nd rate school like LSU other than having to father a child.

I don't think this is what he was trying to say ... He just believes Tim favors Bama and if there was a reason for Tim to end up at LSU, having a kid here would probably be his reason. I disagree because right now, Tim is about 50/50 with LSU and Bama but like I said, he is keeping all options open. He also has nothing but respect for Coach Miles and LSU and talks very highly of them. It could go either way, but I think he'll be a Tiger when it's all said and done.

D'vante Dotson #11 is going to be good. Played varsity as a freshman and started as a sophomore last year playing both sides of the ball. He's very fast with great playmaking ability. With some weight he could definitely go D1. Tristan Cooper is a very good reciever and db. I think he'll play corner at the next level because he isn't very big but he has the skills to play either. He'll have a big season this year. Both can also return kicks and punts.

The Gumps can find jobs and scholarships for girlfriends, they can certainly do it for his babymama.

GM19 This is the LSU recruiting board. Please take you azz to the Alabama recruiting board. I am a LSU fan, I have never been to a Alabama board. Now go home.

Hold up, hold up. Don't mean to high jack the thread, but you are really telling me that THREE 8th graders STARTED varsity basketball at U-high?? Did Big Baby & Garrett even do that? Any former Cubbies out there that can verify this?
Not calling u a liar, just can't believe it w/o some others chiming in to verify.
its true, i have a 6th grader and we always have to stay to watch them...they are impressive, gave riverside all they could handle too.

He is 6' 207 lbs and he is fast enough to have run for over 1500 yards.
Running for 1500 yards in the district U-High plays in and with the non-district schedule they play (Newman, Ascension Christian, Loyola, White Castle, Live Oak) isn't some huge accomplishment. At 207 pounds he probably outweighs >50% of the OL and DL in the district and outweighs nearly every LB and DB. He doesn't need to be "fast" to pile up stats against those nerds, just above average athletically.

He is working a lot on his speed and knows he has to get faster. He'll probably play both ways this year (linebacker too), but he is a very good runner. He runs hard and has very good field vision. If you don't think his 1500 yards were a big accomplishment then you haven't seen him play or watched his film.

Go frick yourself, I still am an LSU fan and go to the LSU Lab School, but I'm going to Alabama next year. Is it a crime to be a fan of both teams?

Not a crime but doesn't really compute. You can't really be a "fan" of both schools.
And by the looks of it, you've chosen Bama. Nothing wrong with that, but your school has its own recruiting board. Run along son.

Considering it's a thread on Uhigh football players and he goes to Uhigh with these guys, it doesnt hurt to have him giving his input on what he thinks of them IMO.

Meh, most HS recruits arent that loud about where they want to go to anybody until they commit.
I had a couple teammates in HS that I was really close with go D1 but nobody really knew anything about their recruitment except the coaches and the family and they never really said much about it
If hes just a student there (didnt clarify if he was on the team or not) then hes probably not getting the most rock solid information
Also there is no such thing as an LSU-Bama fan. You are one or the other, and you picked Bama obviously. Live with your decison
