Got a face to face update from the kid himself yesterday as he was playing against my son's team in Baseball.

He came to the concession stand to pickup his iphone he had asked us to plug in for him so it would charge while the game was going on. He had on an LSU sweatshirt after the game and I told him "I like that sweatshirt and I know that is where you are going next year right" His exact response was a big old smile and "Yes Sir, probably so." Well mannered kid and boy can he fly. Fastest I've seen on a Baseball field in a long time. He has to be low 4.4 or high 4.3 forty kid.

Is he the one who is best friends with the WR D. Lee? (not going to attempt spelling his name without being able to look it up).

I’ve heard he was a pretty good baseball player. Just curious, how did he play?

Hope you threw in some peanuts to close the deal!

Seriously, he would be a superb addition to LSU FB. Thx for the update.

Made a couple of errors on routine plays at SS but also made a couple of difficult plays including one in the hole. Above average arm, decent high school hitter.

He may be my favorite player in this class. Just an all around athlete. He's really good at safety for Kentwood as well.

Agree 100...

This kid has some of the best highlights of anyone in the class around the country.

I'm from Tangipahoa Parish and was raised in the Kentwood area around Sumner High. I would love to see this young man at LSU. I hope he, and other highly regarded recruits, get on board before the class fills up. I imagine we will take about 3 or 4 WRs.
