Whats the deal with this kid? I see he has an LSU offer. Why don't we have a shot?

Idk if it's commitable right now. If we lose out on Cam then the offer opens back up. From other peoples info here Travis would commit here if it opened back up to him.

Its only recently that we showed any interest. As far as any interest he has in LSU, I think that ship has sailed. He's down to his top 3 schools, and LSU isnt one of them.

I think we take all of the above
we lose LF. Next year it would be fair to say we lose DG if he builds on the season he had this year. We also lose Darrel after next season. That leaves us with Nick, Lanard, & Clyde. We could def use Cam AND Travis.

I think they don't want to offer Etienne to ruin their shot at Akers.
From what I hear LSU would have a great shot if they offered. Kids who go to school with him say he's going to multiple schools. I think he's very much still up in the air.

I hear what you're saying, but that's not taking into account the fact that we'll get 1 or 2 good/great RB's in '18. So you're argument is a little flawed. I'd rather not get 3 in 1 class and then scare off a good one in '18. Chances are 1 of the 3 would transfer out anyway
