Which makes me tend to believe he isn't visiting Miami next weekend. That is the one school that his mom does not want him to go to

We should know a lot more about him after this weekend

I just hope he doesn't commit to Florida.

BTW here's a link of 247 Predictions on the remaining recruits.

They have Howard going to Fla and say its a FSU FLA battle.

the stupidity continues.

How did lsu become the most, at worst second most, talented team in the country this year. How are they going to be ranked top 3 next year based on their talent. If these coaches don't know how to recruit!

Calm down man.
All i said was that this staff as currently constructed is not very good with OOS recruiting.

We are loaded with talent because of past recruiting classes not this one.

Where is 24/7 getting their info from? He has stated that LSU and Florida are his favorites and he still hasnt taken his official to LSU, while he has already been to FSU and obviously he wasnt blown away by what he saw. So why do they think FSU is still one of the teams?

Shea Dixon @Sheadixon
Just spoke to 5-star CB Tracy Howard. He will no longer be visiting #LSU this weekend. Will be at Florida instead. No visit to BR set yet.

This sucks right now. Hopefully Les visits him soon or the coaches at least call.

Ponamsky made it sound like LSU was never very strong with Howard today on the radio. He also said that AJ is on taking the same official though, but is 100% LSU and may do some talking.

Awesome. The one thing that distinguishes Les from the underperforming coach of our other major sport on campus is his ability to bring in the talent. If that goes South, as it has recently, then we've got Trent II.

Shea said he just spoke to the guy, so that seems to be the case.

All the talent on our roster is because of past recruiting classes right? Who is different on the staff?

Krags replaced Crowton= improvement.
We changed ST coaches=about the same

What else changed with the staff? Nothing. You can say Porter replaced by Wilson but that's an improvement as well. The majority of the top end talent on our roster were recruited by the current staff. Have they all of a sudden forgotten how to recruit?

It's more than likely a case of the staff realizing that Howard is playing the game than a case of not wanting him. Also they have only had about 5 days of available contact time since BG left. If they talked to his mother then they spoke with the right person. She'll decide where he goes. He also was in L.A. for 2 of the available contact days. Some coaches have more class than to call a kid while he is visiting another school. If our staff wants Howard and believe he can be gotten then they will be in contact.
