Top 10 RB Harold Joiner drops LSU after being #1 on his list

According to Joiner he has completely eliminated LSU from his recruitment after the LSU coaches chose to take 3 RBs this past weekend. Joiner had LSU as his top school and had reportedly decided to move up his announcement to August in which many thought to commit to LSU. Now he says his recruitment has drastically shifted.

So if we took 3 RBs before he chose to commit, who really dropped who?

As expected. Moving on

He had every chance to commit to his so called #1 school. Get in or get out!

Always thought of him as more of an H than RB. I think Auburn is the best fit for him out of his remaining schools.

He would be a monster h back!! Really good call but yeah he's just a little too big. /reminds me of a auburn running back. I like our class

He was never coming and staff knew it.

Nah, kid is a really good RB that just happens to be 6'3. Really good feet and speed, elusive moves well and lowers the shoulder when he needs to run over someone, and really good hands pass catching wise. I just think he's running from competition, if you are as good as you think you are, compete and prove it. You'll get the starting job no matter who's there.

Bye! I'll take the kids who want to be tigers. We're got the brightest young assistants in the country and a HC who will let them do what they get paid to do. His loss

I feel bad for the kid ... he wanted to come to LSU and even hurried up his recruitment to end in August but LSU decided they would take less talented kids who would hurry up and commit.
Hope this isnt the trend for 2019

Is that what LSU did? Or did LSU find better RBs that fit Canada's system better than Joiner?

You feel for the kid, yet you bash the two that committed? You have no idea if they are less talented running backs. I hope you posting talking down high school kids isnt a "trened" for 2019.

Doesnt sound that way to me at all, but go ahead and blame to coaches for not bowing to a fickle high school kid.

IMHO,after reviewing the film, Franklin is the only truly elite sure-fire RB on our radar. And we know his issues. All the other guys are largely interchangeable with different skill sets. They all look good at what they bring. But none look indispensable. That includes Joiner, who is an upright-strider- Chris Brown (Colorado & Titans)-type style running back who I could take or leave.

Damn that's a bitch. Although I always had a feeling he'd commit to LSU then flip to Bama at the last second. Seems like a Mountain Brook thing to do.

Don't see him as a power guy that will run over guys or get extra yards after contact like Jalen Hurd. Also don't see him running away from guys once he gets to the 2nd level. I do see him making cuts and making people miss in space. I also see him as a mismatch if he's matched up against LB's 1-on-1 in the passing game.

Just dumb. You have no clue as to what happened and why yet you're bashing LSU.

Could've committed at any time. You want to be at a school so bad take your spot. Don't wait for "your moment" or special day. Go ahead and take your spot. Love how this staff is handling this
