The good thing is that was Florida's last scholarship,i dont know if they are a threat for blakeney or not.But it has to be in our favor with them already having a SG for 2015.

Blackeny comes with his Florida native Simmons. It's crazy how Florida didn't recruit him hard and I think that's another reason he come to LSU to get at their neck. I don't blame Dickerson for taking the Florida offer cause he gone play immediately and who wouldn't want to play for Donovan a developer as a coach. With Patrick young graduating it open up playing time for him. IMO we come out better with Elijah to go with Robinson cause really wouldn't be able to start both of them and I'm pretty sure they both looking to be starters next year. I want two gaurds and two bigs in this class and it's looking good. Sampson blackeny Thomas Simmons

Hate to see Dickerson go elsewhere. Although I'm not overly concerned. Johnny Jones can recruit big men. I'd imagine we'll hear about a couple other targets over the next month. It'd be tough to lose out on Owens, Dickerson, and Thomas.

It can only help. I imagine LSU will take a shot at another raw PF/C now. They did it last year with Robinson/Epps. This also opens up LSU for taking an additional player in the class. Could easily just take one big man in the early signing period.

I'm kind of leaning towards only taking Elijah and adding a lengthy wing myself. We already have a logjam at the 4/5 and we'll want to have space for Kahlea Turner next year, so we don't have to or really need to take two big men.

Well, it's almost certain that both Martin and Mickey will be gone. Out of the two possible bigs (simmons can play 4 + Thomas), that means the two you sign would also be gone the year after. We'd have Malone, Epps, and Robinson (who has early leaving potential by year 3) + freshman.

Definitely want to secure Thomas with Dickerson gone...but I still have a weird feeling on Thomas. I feel like we're the hot new ticket with him but not necessarily his top choice. I am writing Dickerson off, even with Simmons as his teammate. Kids just rarely ever flip in basketball recruiting and Dickerson will be signing in 2.5 months.

Dickerson has already decommitted once... It could happen, but I don't see it happening this time.

I think our first commit gone be Sampson or Thomas. I know Simmons already committed but I'm talking out of the next three. More likely Thomas first though.
