I have looked at this thread & read some other items about Fleming. I would say I would have no problems with LSU offering him a grey-shirt. If he goes JUCO, stay in touch & see where things stand after he's finished at that level. Not sure what the Tiger track program thinks of him and if they should offer him.

The theft charge was dropped! Not reduced to a lesser charge, completely dropped. I am speaking of the felony theft charge which was him being accused of stealing a cell phone which was never in his possession. DROPPED. Nitwit, the kid hasn't made perfect decisions. If hehadnt goneto the field with the other 60 kids then he wouldn't have ever been in a fight. That was the wrong place to be.

I really want this kid at LSU, but nothing more than a grey-shirt.
The kid has size, speed, athleticism, and hits like a mack truck. Not to mention he has one hell of an offer list for not even playing his senior year

The kid had zero home for years. I'm not talking homelife, but home. He lived with different players. He had no one to to keep him reigned in. After his court date where most of the charges were completely dropped he went back to school to concentrate on grades. He still is running track.
The kid is an amazing athlete. He needs structure.

He is trying to walk a very straight line now.

He will do fine here but I won't be surprised if it's next year after a year of Juco! But what do I know living in the area.

The kid has had some trouble, but he is trying to do right now and grow up.

I would take the risk because I do not believe it is much of a risk.

no doubt the kid has had some trouble, but not as bad of trouble as the media would leave you to believe!

Not really. He spent recruiting day in the Bossier Max Prison for breaking & entering. He will not be playing anywhere any time soon. The story is in the Shreveport Times.
