Former employer sued several of us who switched companies to start up an office for a larger company. Suit was settled to the mutual satisfaction of all involved. Pretty much all I can say about the outcome, other than I’d hire that dude in a heartbeat for employment related lawsuits.

People can sue for anything. In this case I believe it was just another poor management decision, That was a main driver for why we left. The issue for them was that the 2 biggest clients took the bulk of their work and redirected it to us because we had the bulk of the people they used.
But the lawsuit cost us some work as well and a couple of potential employees who still left the old company but went elsewhere because of the suit.
Water under the bridge at this point.

Thomas is a quality kid. Happy to see him as a PWO for LSU. He is strong as hell and very tough (nickname is "Moose" to give you an idea). Also, he didn't even play football his junior year.
