LSU had the clear lead here on Tuesday and I got that from those close to Ricks as well. We were preparing to do a pre-write interview as well going into today. That said, the other sides (specifically Alabama), didn’t throw in the towel. I shared plenty of times that the numbers have to make sense for Ricks on the NIL front as well. Bama hadn’t swung its final punch and I’m thinking the Tide win out as of now. LSU won’t give up, as they’ve poured a ton of resources in this one. That’s why I’m waiting to move my pick, but don’t be surprised if I do. There will be tons to pour over on this one in the postmortem, but it’s a clear wild one.”
