With spring break going on for Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy, four-star running back Noah Cain, is back at home in Baton Rouge and will take an unofficial visit to LSU on Tuesday. It's Cain's second trip to LSU's campus this spring after checking in for the January Elite Junior Day.
LSU will host one of the top running backs in the country for an unofficial visit.

Hope like hell this kid comes home.

I do too.
But let's be serious he ain't no LF7 and if we do not get him with Emery and Davis in state. LSU will be fine.

I believe Emery is the composite number 2.
Cain is number 2 on 247.
The lack of love on this site towards Emery is alarming.

I’d rather have Emery but I think we end up with Cain which is ok.

I'll take Davis and either Cain or Emery. 2 of the three and I will be very happy. I'd tell Cain and Emery we want both, but can only guarantee a spot for one. First come first serve. Then if you get one to commit you continue to court the other.

Emery is a great talent, and I would love to have him, but if he thinks he should be the only RB we recruit in the class...he should ask Fournette if we did the same for him.

I like Cain also, but Cain isnt a solid thing to commit. I am afraid we may whiff on both and I would be so full of sad.
But, if we do get Cain and Davis Im good. Hopefully it happens. Gunnel too. Im jelly

I hope the approach is first come first serve between those three. Davis is already committed so the other two need to decide if waiting is a good choice.

Bingo.
Dont want another situation like last season.
If Emery really feels that way then we should push for Cain more. Davis is a very good back and we arent sending him away, and shouldnt.

I’ll say this again Emery is my pick but I kinda eat the Nick Brousett vibe from Cain imo. But I would love have him as a backup.

We need 2/3 without a doubt. There's 0% chance we sign all three like some have suggested. The great thing about these three guys is the fact that none of them are alike. All three are elite IMO.

Emery is, in my opinion, th protypical back for todays style of play. He has great vision looking for the cutback; hots the hole quick and with burdt of power; has great quickness oit od the hole making people miss; has top line speed to outrun the secondary.
He is also a great receiver out od the backfield. Blocking looks shady from what I have seen though. That can be fixed. Best back in the class, in my opinion.

Can’t afford to treat his recruitment like Cam Akers that’s for sure.

Emery is also 190 pounds soaking wet and isn't ready to take on SEC front 7's at this point. If he gains about 15-20 pounds he will be a monster. At this point Davis is already committed to us and weighs 230 already as a high schooler. FWIW I agree with everything else you said about Emery though.
