I agree 2026 class may be best ever out of Louisiana. 2026 being so far off many more instate guys will be added to that list for example the only instate 5 stars McKinley of this current recruiting cycle was a unknown person two years ago.

Stacking the 25 and 26 class will make us NC in 2027.

The problem with future classes is that most highly ranked players are kids who hit an early growth spurt. I hit 2 inch growth spurt the summer before my senior year and I want to say that Jordan Jefferson had a late growth spurt but he was also criminally underrated after constantly dominating summer camps. Remember Dylan Moses was ranked so high because he hit his peak in 8th grade and never really improved.,,
In saying that in so pumped his little brother committed to the tigers and I expect he’ll be better than his older brother.

This is exactly correct. I believe It's because the recruiting services are lazy and it's natural to highly rate a kid who is 2-3 years bigger than his age group above his competition. And once they are so rated it makes them look bad to drop him too far. Perhaps they should not give them hard ratings until their senior year.

McKinley’s little brother Darryus will be just as highly rated if not higher. He’s 2026. I like our chances there.

Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever seen Louisiana dominate the national recruiting rankings like the upcoming 2026 class does!

And it’s full of south Louisiana kids!

Different coaches don’t always click with certain players. Moses could’ve come here possibly avoided the injures and developed into a better linebacker at LSU. The “win national champions” excuse was Saban talk of which blew up in Bama’s face at least for one season.

I hope we have enough bags to go around!
