the only recruit to be compared to Emmitt Smith and Skyler Green ever

I think Dalton Hilliard was the best comparison.

Sanders could fly. He ran in the high 4.3's.

THat's great.

When you see magee shake 14 people on an 8 yard run, you'll get it.

what?

He was talking about all the true runners we have on the team. Beckham can be considered one of them.

I thought Magee was the most underrated of all the new recruits--think he'll prove to be much better than a 3-star.

Agreed, great guy. When I was interested in coaching he was one of the first people I sought-out. I had plenty of people brush me aside, but Nader was ecstatic to speak to me; great guy!

Barry Sanders never approached a 4.3 at any point in his life.In all honesty he probably never ran faster than 4.5.He didn't need it though. He is the epitomy of the phrase "make a guy miss in a phone booth".You have to think about how fast a 4.3 is.We're talking PP7 when talking 4.3 and Sanders was never that fast. Not even close.Chris Johnson is super fast and he's a high 4.2 or low 4.3.

I think you're selling Sanders a little short, but yea he was definitely quicker than he was pure speed. If they tracked it as much back then as they do now, he'd run the fastest short shuttle of all-time.

Saw some TM on the baseball field today and there were a few MLB scouts watching as well (Yankees)......He mad an unreal catch in CF to rob a would be double and looked pretty good.

Just from the little bit I saw today....raw talent on the baseball field but we should be pretty safe come draft day. He walked twice and didn't even attempt to steal 2nd base as well.

I've heard he is a much better football player and glad he's a Tiger!
