The kid may very well end up at Bama, but right now I don't think this is any inside info. It's more of a reaction because it's 7:30 and we still don't know.

The gap between LSU and Bama is as big as it's ever been post Saban. It won't get any closer until he leaves Bama. It's where the LSU program is right now and I don't see LSU competing salary wise for a coach anywhere close if you weren't willing to open the bank for Fisher and I'm not sure what coach is worth that kind of money.
