How come local Louisiana kids seem to want to leave more then most other out of state kids. Or is it me?

I dont think it's any more than any other states kids leaving. I just feel like we value our home grown talent more. Most here know about these kids when they are young, follow them growing up and see them turn into a big time prospect. Just stings more because we are more invested in these recruits.

Based on what I’m hearing, Bowe had a VERY good visit, and apparently it moves the needle for him. We will see what happens after his Oklahoma visit.

As far as Keys, he committed to lsu for a reason. Lsu gets the last visit. I think lsu needs to approach this recruitment like they did Dj Pickett. Bring in a lsu nfl wr to talk about the program and what lsu can bring to you

Do I have it right that Henderson is down to UF and LSU as per Fong's latest? It could be a domino for us since we are after Anthony Jones and if Auburn misses out on Henderson, they could put the full court press on Jones.

Don’t think many recruits are going to be canceling visits seeing as they get paid to just go on the visit. Plus it’s a chance to travel and such.
However, based on what I’m hearing and reading, we seem to be in the lead for him after this weekend.
