Kid played a really good game tonight. First time I’ve watched him in person, and from what I saw, he’s definitely worthy of that number 1 ranking at defensive tackle. Motor was there, great leverage and hands.

If he is truly sincere when he says that the school that signs him has to sign his brother (and who knows if he is sincere), then I can't see him signing with Bama.

Alabama is loading up on defensive linemen, with some big fish still on their board, so I can't see Saban being strong armed by a high school kid to sign his brother.

Maybe it's a bluff to try and get his brother a scholarship, and he signs with Bama regardless. I just can't see Saban giving up a valuable spot to a kid who can't play.

They do. And they only focus on the negative “go by their actions and not what they say.”

Yet nobody talks about the few times Sop has visited LSU for a fricking practice; they just harp on that he missed the UGA game to go watch Missouri at Alabama.

Never underestimate what Bama will do... they will find a way to make it happen.

He is listed as a strong LSU lean, but if you look at the dates, all those suggested destinations are quite old.

Wouldn't this apply to every recruit? Why do you believe only Sopsher's information is out dated?

The latest projections (fall 2018) have him going to Alabama in a landslide.

What are those projections? Who made them? Point out those recruiting experts ( which by definition excludes eery one who posts on this board ) who makeup those landslide projections.

Not sure how much more he can spell it out that he’s going to BAMA without actually committing to BAMA.
You could go back one year and say the exact same thing about Patrick Surtain and LSU.

He’s a 5* Dlineman in south Louisiana, O has to recruit this kid with everything he’s got.

There is no F'N way LSU or any school waste a scholarship on his brother.
LSU has offered a full ride to his brother if he commits.

He's from Amite. He's Bama's if they want him. Same for Lee.

They’ve landed one kid from Amite. You could make a better case that Baton Rouge is pro Bama with Dylan Moses, Landon Collins, Tim Williams and Chris Allen.

Sonny with 247 did an article after the game quoting Sopsher as saying that whatever school he signs with has to sign his brother to a full scholarship too.

If this is true then that's not a take IMO. His brother has to earn his owm way in life as well as on the field. The parents should not promote this either. I could understand if his brother was SEC caliber. This is not even close to the Fournette situation.
