I've noticed that CB's for Shannon Reid have swung in Tennessee's direction either we have told him he's not a take (his decision is tomorrowthe staff could be waiting until then) or lsu have bigger fish showing interest. The only concern is it fake interest or sincere interest. #whoknows

I think others are higher up that they think they can pull. Monty Rice might be one.

"Something" is definitely up.

Hopefully it's something good.

Maybe Aranda buys Moses and Allen a few dinners at Texas De Brazil on Perkins (With his new money) and we're all singing a happy tune come National Singing Day.

Well in my opinion (which is worth little to nothing) I would think we should be taking in any linebackers who can play and want to come. Enough waiting on others because the majority of the time they don't come anyway

Seems like we have a better chance with Moses than Allen, but either would be great. Not just because they are great players in a position of need, but it'd be one less kid going to Bama, much less a LA boy going to Bama.

I agree we should take players who are savages and want in. We can't wait too long

Forgot Thornton on that list as well. Problem is four of those guys (including Thornton and Washington) are OLB and Washington may wind up a DE

Andre Anthony is supposed to be a beast. Too bad he couldn't see the field for some PT this year.

I think this ship has sailed. We all know that Jordy Culotta has a sauce and this morning Jordy was on the radio proclaiming Moses and Allen are goners.

This is particularly dissapointing because just last week he was very optimistic LSU would be able to flip both.

bama is currently running with about 17 linebackers on the roster and that number looks to remain steady next year with the loss of players and new recruits. The pitch to bama is they will be able to red shirt, develop into better players before seeing the field, play for championships, etc, etc, etc. This seems to be the preferred process for these guys and LSU needs them to play right away.

IIRC he couldn't get cleared for the 2016 season by the NCAA because of academic issues. It's my understanding that after this semester Andre will be in good academic standing and will be able to join the team in spring.

He's going to be a good one.

People need to quit thinking Moses and Allen are going to flip. Those kids DO NOT want to be at LSU and are a waste of time at this point.

The only way to stop any bleeding is to beat Bama. That may not happen until Satan retires or dies (whichever comes first). Can't put a gun to a recruits head and make 'em sign with you over Bama. It's human nature to want to win championships every year and do it. Do you really think Washington, Clemson or Ohio St will beat them ? I don't. I do believe a great OC at LSU would obviously help matters, and I have faith in O to get it done.

It seems some of these recruits end up helping Bama beat LSU. It goes both ways, that is to say if they stayed home they would help LSU beat everybody.

He was enrolled at LSU for the fall semester, but not eligible to play. He'll be with the team in the spring.
