If CJ is smart he will come to BR regardless. That way if he really does want to take the $$ from the Rebs he can squeeze even more out of them!! Ha ha!!

I know Johnson has to realize that every coach that recruits him is gonna tell him that he is the missing piece of the puzzle, that he's the big difference in the program, yadda, yadda, yadda...more power to him in whatever school he chooses, but looking at OM record as far as playing big bowl games, big lites, rings, etc....Nutt's horses, hunting grounds and fishing ponds will come in handy in the latter part of Dec,.Jan. when everyone else will be playing in bowl games..bowl game?...fishing?..hunting?...hummmm...

It's called being a salesman. Does it matter if it's true or not if CJ believes it? No. CJ liked hearing it and that is the only thing that matters. You people keep talking about how it is an act of desperation, how about a good choice of words to get an 18 year old kid on campus. Is that not what recruiting is all about?

true...just seems I'd be a little more focused on telling him all the great things about OM ala, football, campus, etc, than telling him about my nice horses or the big fish you can come and catch in my backyard ponds or the biggest deer you can shoot on my property..
