Pretty much. Most hs seniors have signed and many are already on campus at their schools. Of course they could just pick other deserving seniors but that wouldn't help push the product for next year's group of mercenaries. It is essentially an auction block these days. Got to show off the merchandise for the next set of bidders. No doubt they are being compensated.
