Been a rumor for a while. I think that’s why you’ve seen us push for all of the other Texas and in state DB’s. Attrition happens in every class.

Captain, do we have any chance with Williams? Feel like our best bet there is to hope Texas comes out and has a bad record.

LSU will constantly pursue but he says that he is 1000% locked in with Texas.

Doesn’t help that he plays on the same team as Jackson Arnold, who has been pushing OU hard on Yaites and Peyton Bowen both.

They’ve literally had one safety drafted since 2013. If he wants to go there instead of DBU, then more power to him.

I’m not sure if or when Williams will flip, but I know the staff is not going down without a fight. We need Texas to fall flat on their face again. I’d bet we get at least 1 out of the group of Williams, Toviano, and Bravion Rogers.

With as many DBs as LSU has committed and seemingly in the mix for, its not surprising that someone would start looking around.

I just don't understand how it would be mutual. Why would lsu let him go at this point in time?
